My name is Alexandra and I am a licensed acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, fertility educator and mother.

Although my passion for natural medicine has been life-long, I became particularly interested in pre-conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum in the years leading to the birth of my daughter. In Chinese Medicine, menarche, postpartum and menopause are know as the "three golden opportunities." During these periods of life, there is a monumental resetting of the women's meridian systems. When women are cared for during these transitions, there is potential for deep restoration of the mind, body and spirit.

My life's work is to support women through the rites of passage of womanhood.
