Pre-conception Packages:

First Trimester Packages:
Focus: Targets early pregnancy nausea, fatigue, anxiety and provides support for the nervous system
Frequency: 3 sessions spaced close together during the first trimester (high frequency for fast relief)

Third Trimester Packages:
Focus: Encouraging a breech or posterior baby to turn using acupuncture and moxibustion
Frequency: 3 sessions close together
Price: $270 (Includes the cost of a moxa stick with specific at home instructions, saves $30)
Focus: Nourishing and relaxing the body to prepare for an easeful and physiological labor and birth process. Calming the nervous system to cultivate trust within the body.
Frequency: 3 sessions starting at week 37

Postpartum "Fourth Trimester" Packages:
Focus: The Traditional Chinese practice of "Mother Roasting" includes warming moxibustion and gentle acupuncture to nourish and restore the body after birth to prevent postpartum exhaustion and depletion.
Frequency: 3 sessions starting ideally at weeks 2-3 postpartum, but this package can be scheduled anytime during the postpartum period

Focus: Calming to the nervous system to encourage an abundant and free flowing supply of breastmilk. This package focuses on moving qi to prevent clogged ducts and mastitis as well as regulating the nervous system to encourage the flow of oxytocin (the milk let-down hormone).
